These terms cover your use of bustle.cab and the Bustle waitlist. We'll have separate terms for drivers and passengers once the app goes live — we'll email you those before you sign up to the app.
bustle.cab is operated by Bustle Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1JF. You can reach us at hello@bustle.cab.
By using bustle.cab you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about Bustle's launch and progress. It is not a contract to provide ride-hailing services. We may close or alter the waitlist at any time. When the app launches, you'll need to agree to separate driver or passenger terms before using it.
Please give us a real email address you actually use. If your postcode is wildly wrong on purpose, we may remove you from the list — we're trying to plan a ride-hailing rollout, not a pub quiz.
The Bustle name, logo, wordmark, design, copy and any other materials on this site are owned by Bustle Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission. You may, of course, share links to our site.
This is a pre-launch marketing website. We've taken reasonable care with it, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or secure. Launch dates, cities and pricing on this site are indicative and may change.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.
Where we link out to other sites (e.g. the ICO), we're not responsible for their content.
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll let you know by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
